More About Us:

Who are we?

Glory Secondary School, located in Rungemba (Kibena), Ifunda — Mafinga, Iringa Region, began as part of the local The Glory Schools Mafinga initiative that grew from pre-primary and primary roots to include secondary education. The school opened its secondary programme to the community as demand for quality local secondary education increased. Over the most recent years the school has grown quickly, welcoming students from Mafinga town and neighbouring villages and running active registration campaigns (the school publicly advertised new intakes and registration activity in 2024–2025).

Local Impact
The school has focused on improving access to secondary education in the Ifunda area — combining academic lessons with practical ICT and community activities. Glory Secondary School positions itself as a local centre for STEM introduction, sports and character development for youth in Mafinga and surrounding wards.
